Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, automation—there is a lot of buzz about the transformation of legal-services delivery. What’s hype, and what’s real? What impact will data science, machine learning, and AI have on legal-services delivery in the future? This panel will provide an overview of analytics in practice, such as predicting litigation outcomes, automating drafting in litigation, analyzing contracts, assisting contract drafting and negotiation, predicting spend, picking lawyers for a matter, and staffing matters.
